Twitter Update

Updated: Apr 16, 2021

Twitter is such a good place to gather all the scientists and organizations on internet. Especially due to pandemic, meetings and events were cancelled. This left us to seek on internet for information. Unlike Instagram or Snapchat, Twitter isn't for teenagers posting school life. Twitter is for a group of profound scientists and organizations who wish their voices are being heard by public. The best account I followed this week is definitely to Endangered Species Coalition, which pays attention on how to save endangered species. I retweeted a lot of their posts to share to people how important it is to help them. Go check out @endangered

I responded to Wenqian's End of Week 3 blog, which is about her beautiful summary on "Whines and Pet Peeves" by Safina and her research topic of elephants and tribes. I also responded to Qinhan's Twitter Update. Qinhan's blog posts are very organized and clean. He is interested in helping apes and drawing similarities between human and animals. Lastly, I responded to Chloe Ragon's Twitter Update on PETA, an organization that focuses on animal cruelty.
